Once a Photo ID check has been completed, the results will show as ‘processing’ for approximately 5 minutes (this may take slightly longer, if the volume of traffic is significantly high through our supplier Onfido’s system). 

The reason that they show as processing is that our supplier Onfido, undertake validation checks against the Photo ID document. 

They check the security features of the document which include, data positions, signature, microprint, holograms and facial recognition check.

It has been over 5 minutes and it is still showing as ‘processing’? 

If you are still awaiting results from a photo ID check and it has been over 5 minutes, please wait a further 2 hours. If after 2 hours it is still showing as processing, please contact us at support@amiqus.co and we will report this to our supplier.
