During the Photo ID check, once you have submitted photos of your ID you will likely be asked to submit a photo of yourself. 

This process is very simple if you have a smartphone as you will have a camera on the front of your device that you can take a ‘selfie’ with. 

However, if you do not have a smartphone, please see the following ways that you could complete this part of the check: 

  1. If you have access to a digital camera you can have someone take a photo of you and upload it to your device. You can then upload this photo to Amiqus. (Please note, if you have been asked to display a unique code, please keep the window/page open on your device as if you exit it a new code will be generated for security purposes). 
  2. If you have a friend or neighbour etc who has a smartphone / tablet / laptop that you could borrow to complete your checks. 
  3. If the above are not suitable, you could ask to go into the business that you are engaging with to complete the check in person with them.
