Before you can send an employment history check, check with your team admin if this functionality has been enabled. If the admin lets you know that the functionality hasn’t been enabled, please contact Amiqus ID.

To send an Employment History check, follow these simple steps;

  1. Log in to your Amiqus ID account.
  2. Navigate to the New Request page
  3. Choose who you are sending the request to
  4. Click the Employment History Check option
  5. Choose the length of employment history you requireThe recommended length of time to select is 5 years, however you can choose from 1 to 10 years.

Complete the rest of your request set up and hit “send request”
It can be useful to include a message along with the check to explain why you require the client’s employment history.
