Employment History checks are a way to review referees for job applicants. You can request employment history from a candidate along with explanations for gaps in employment. You can customise the length of employment history that you require from a candidate; from 1 to 10 years.
Employment History checks are useful because they provide you with previous employment information such as: the Company Name, length of their employment, reason for leaving, and referee details. You can then take the referee details and get in touch with them. If the candidate has any gaps in employment longer than a month, they can provide reasoning behind this along with any supporting documents.
