If a request being sent via email has bounced, or if you'd rather send a link to the request from your email account, then you can follow the steps below to ensure that the individual receives their request and can submit their information for you. 

  1. Log into Amiqus ID
  2. Go to the 'Requests' tab, search for and select the specific request you want to re-send
  3. Select the 'Resend request' option in the top right corner of the request page
  4. Once you see the pop-up appear, select the 'With a link' option
  5. Copy this link and then open up your gmail/outlook/email app. You can then send a normal email to the client with the link pasted into it. This will ensure that it will not bounce.
