If a request being sent via email has bounced, or if you'd rather send a link to the request from your email account, then you can follow the steps below to ensure that the individual receives their request and can submit their information for you.
- Log into Amiqus ID
- Go to the 'Requests' tab, search for and select the specific request you want to re-send
- Select the 'Resend request' option in the top right corner of the request page
- Once you see the pop-up appear, select the 'With a link' option
- Copy this link and then open up your gmail/outlook/email app. You can then send a normal email to the client with the link pasted into it. This will ensure that it will not bounce.
