Requests sent via email in Amiqus ID are pre-formatted and include your company logo and contact details (should the recipient need to reach you), your personal message (if entered) and the steps required to complete the request.
Your personal message will be included at the start of the request. Resending a request will give you the option to re-use or change this message.
Automatic reminder emails will show your original message along with a notice to highlight that this is a reminder to complete an outstanding request.
Request completion email
This email is sent when a person has submitted all steps in a request as a receipt for the interaction.
