Sending documents in a request

  1. Create a New Request.
    Unsure how to do that?
    Click here for the step-by-step guide.
  2. Once you have selected which check(s) to send, you will be given the option to attach a document.
    Please note: All requests currently require a check to be included, though we hope to allow sending of forms and documents independent of checks soon.
  3. You can upload new files to attach to a request or select existing documents from your Document Library (see below for how to set this up).
  4. For each document you can choose to Add a message, request a Confirmation receipt and Return required. Click Document Actions to show these options.

    Add a message
    Include a message which is shown to the recipient directly above above the document download.
    Useful for explaining what the document is for and how it should be used.

    Confirmation receipt
    Request that the recipient confirms they have downloaded and understood the attached document. They will be required to tick a confirmation checkbox before they can proceed to the next step in the request/complete the request.

    Return required
    Request that the recipient uploaded a document in return of the downloaded document. You can include instructions for what you require them to complete/return.

To attach a Document to a request:

  1. Create a New Request.

  2. Once you have selected which check(s) to send, you will be given the option to attach a document. Existing documents for your team will appear in the dropdown menu.
  3. You can apply any of the document actions described above to these documents.
