To expire a request follow these simple steps;

  1. Log in to your Amiqus ID account.
  2. Click into the Requests tab at the top of your screen.
  3. When in the Requests tab, search for and select the relevant request. If in the People tab, search for and select the relevant person and then click on their request. 
  4. If you scroll down the page you will see theExpire nowoption in the sidebar under the title 'To be completed by'.
  5. The request will not be accessible, by the recipient, for completion. 


To extend a request follow these simple steps;

  1. Log in to your Amiqus ID account.
  2. Click into the Requests tab at the top of your screen.
  3. When in the Requests tab, search for and select the relevant request. If in the People tab, search for and select the relevant person and then click on their request. 
  4. If you scroll down the page you will see theExtend by 10 daystext link in the sidebar under the title 'Expired on'.
  5. An expired check can be extended by selecting the “Extend by 10 day” option.
  6. If you would like another email to be sent to the person, you will need to select the button 'Resend request' that has now appeared at the top of the the sidebar.
