Once you have received the certificate, the paper certificate should be uploaded by the authoriser or account user to Amiqus ID.
You can take a photo of the certificate but ensure all information is readable and the entire page is visible, alternatively you can scan the document.
To upload a file in Amiqus ID, follow these simple steps;
- Log in to your Amiqus ID account
- Navigate to the Clients section and find the person you want to upload a file for.
- Once you have navigated to their page, click on the tab labelled "Files".
- Click on the "upload file" button and choose the file.
On this is done, the hard copy can be disposed of or returned to the applicant.
If a Basic Disclosure is required as part of regulation, such as ICAS or LSS, you are still required to upload these manually in the relevant portal.
