To update your name in the event that it is spelt wrong, just follow these simple steps;

  1. Start the verification process by clicking "Get started" button on the email you receive from the Amiqus ID system
  2. Confirm you accept the terms & conditions on the Overview page
  3. On the Your Details page, below the "last name" form field click the link "report a smelling mistake". 
  4. A popup will open enabling you to enter in the correct spelling of your first and last name. 
  5. Your verification process if now halted until the agent confirms the change and sends a new request.
  6. Once you get a new request emailed to you, you can complete the process as usual.
