To update your name in the event that it is spelt wrong, just follow these simple steps;
- Start the verification process by clicking "Get started" button on the email you receive from the Amiqus ID system
- Confirm you accept the terms & conditions on the Overview page
- On the Your Details page, below the "last name" form field click the link "report a smelling mistake".
- A popup will open enabling you to enter in the correct spelling of your first and last name.
- Your verification process if now halted until the agent confirms the change and sends a new request.
- Once you get a new request emailed to you, you can complete the process as usual.
