Our support team may request access to your account and client data in order to troubleshoot and resolve issues. You are able to enable or disable this access at any time.

To turn on technical system support, just follow these simple steps;

  1. Log into your Amiqus ID account
  2. In the top right hand corner you will see your name and team name. Click on the arrow to open the user menu and choose "Help & Support".
  3. On the Help & Support options scroll down to the Technical Support Access section. 
  4. Click on the "Enable Support Access" button.
