We’ve developed this Information Security Policy with the clear understanding that information security is core to everything we do at Amiqus Resolution.
Information and client data is at the heart of our business, and any threat to its confidentiality, integrity, or availability is a direct threat to our business. Information security applies to, and is the responsibility of, everyone at Amiqus Resolution. The Management Team is fully supportive of the need for, and enforcement of, information security policies and procedures.
Robust information security systems and processes allow us to preserve our competitive edge, commercial sustainability, legal, regulatory and contractual compliance whilst also protecting our staff and helping to fulfill our strategic objectives.
The Management Team is committed to ensuring that we conduct our activities in such a way that information is adequately safeguarded from potential security threats. In support of this, we have aligned our approach to information security with the ISO27001 framework and operate robust data protection and privacy controls especially in regards to secure access and encryption.
The Information Security Policy has been approved by the CEO to ensure that all relevant information is protected and is used in the best interests of the company, its clients and their clients.
It is essential that our staff and clients understand the importance of information security, our shared responsibilities, the consequences of ignoring them, and ultimately the effects of security on our joint success. We recognise and understand our joint role in protecting our information assets.
As a minimum requirement, our customers and supply chain partners must meet the requirements of the UK Gov Cyber Essentials Scheme or an equivalent standard in their jurisdiction if based outside of the UK.
We'll continue to engage and support our client's business continuity and contingency plans by implementing data backup procedures, online threat mitigation, access controls and information security incident reporting. All of which are fundamental to this policy and our continued success.
If you have any specific questions, would like to report a suspected security incident or vulnerability you can contact our security team on email@example.com
